Refund policy
1 – Customized Products
All our products are made-to-order according to the customer’s choices.
For this reason, customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
2 – Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products (if applicable):

Any return request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
3 – Promotional Items
Items sold on promotion or at a discounted price are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in case of a proven defect.
4 – Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and the product returned and inspected (if applicable), we will inform you by email of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, according to your bank’s processing times.
5 – Delays or Issues with Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

6 – Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible in case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt.
